    Our client, a leading electronics manufacturer, is seeking Solderers to join their team. As a Solderer, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of electronic components. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Solderer

    **Location:** Havana, FL

     

    Pay Range: Starting at $16.00/hr.

     

    **Shift:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform soldering, cleaning, and basic rework of component parts on electronic circuit boards.

    + Assemble parts, printed circuit boards, cables, wire harnesses, and electronic enclosures.

    + Work from detailed Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI), schematics, and drawings.

    + Inspect assemblies for defects and ensure compliance with IPC standards.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with lean manufacturing principles.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School diploma or equivalent; technical school experience is a plus.

    + 6 months of prior experience in a soldering role

    + Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and technical documentation.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
