• Senior Business System Analyst - SAP IBP

    + **Job Title:** Senior Business Systems Analyst – Supply Planning - SAP IBP **Location:** Remote (If based in Phoenix, AZ, that will be a plus) **Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Business Systems Analyst** with proven experience in **supply planning for semiconductor manufacturing** . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **SAP S/4HANA** master and transactional data, with exposure to **SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)** as a plus. This role requires the ability to gather requirements, translate them into functional designs, and partner with both business and technical teams to optimize end-to-end planning and execution processes. **Key Responsibilities:**

    + Partner with client stakeholders to design, enhance, and support **supply planning processes** specific to semiconductor manufacturing.

    + Work with **S/4HANA master data** including:

    + Material/Item Master

    + Bill of Materials (BOMs)

    + Routing / Work Centers

    + Manage and support **transactional data processing** including:

    + Production Orders

    + Purchase Orders

    + Stock Transfers / Inventory Movements

    + Collaborate with planning, procurement, and production teams to improve supply-demand alignment.

    + Create **Functional Design Documents (FDDs)** and functional specifications for enhancements and integrations.

    + Work closely with developers to support configuration, customizations, and enhancements.

    + **Nice-to-Have:**

    + Based in or near **Phoenix, AZ** .

    + Experience in **SAP IBP Demand, Supply, or Inventory planning modules** .

    + Knowledge of integration points across S/4 modules (PP, MM, SD, WM).

    + Experience with reporting/analytics for planning KPIs.

    + **Qualifications:**

    + **8+ years of experience** as a Business Systems Analyst or related role in **supply chain planning/manufacturing** .

    + Hands-on experience in **semiconductor manufacturing supply chain processes** .

    + Strong documentation skills (functional specifications, design documents, test scripts).

    + Must be able to support **PST timezone** .

    + **Preferred Skills & Experience:**

    + Strong background in **supply planning for semiconductor manufacturing** .

    + Experience with **SAP S/4HANA** (master and transactional data management).

    + Experience or exposure to **SAP IBP** for supply chain planning (plus).

    + Familiarity with integration between **S/4HANA and advanced planning tools** .

    + Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

    + Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global and remote teams.

    + Perform **functional testing** , including identifying, documenting, and resolving system issues.

    + Ensure ongoing support for client operations in **PST timezone (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday)** .
