    Our client, a leader in agricultural operations, is seeking a Seasonal Harvest Assistant to join their team. As a Seasonal Harvest Assistant, you will be part of the operations team supporting the Plant Office. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Seasonal Harvest Assistant

    **Location:** Rushville, IN

    **Pay Range:** $22.00 per hour

    **Shift:** 6 AM - 6 PM, flexible scheduling available

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist operations team with coordinating harvest responsibilities and loads.

    + Support the Plant Office with various administrative duties.

    + Perform scaling operations and data entry for accurate recordkeeping.

    + Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

    + Maintain an orderly work area and assist with other duties as assigned.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Administrative work experience preferred.

    + Demonstrated computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

    + Strong oral and written communication skills.

    + Reliable attendance and transportation.
