    **The Deck Superstore,** is a one-stop shop with everything in stock for deck projects including decking, railing, framing, foundation, hardware, lights, and architectural lumber. We are seeking a **Customer Service Associate (CSA)** to work at our Commerce City location.

    Position Summary:

    The **Customer Service Associate (CSA)** is responsible for providing information and assistance to customers, in person or by phone, email, or written correspondence. This role is instrumental in determining the nature of a problem or request and responds or directs individual to correct resource.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Act as the customer service role model for the branch

    • Provide information about products and services

    • Assist with resolving customer service related issues

    • Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment

    • Serve as a liaison between customer and sales department

    • Assist branch management by addressing issues when necessary

    • Serve as a key contact for multiple processes

    • Performs related work assignments as directed

    Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or GED

    • Demonstrated customer service experience

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written

    • Energetic, organized (great time management) and able to manage a wide range of

    priorities

    • Exceptional customer service skills

    **Work Environment:** General warehouse, showroom and/or office

    **Physical Demands:** This job requires the ability to sit, climb, stand, and lift and/or move.

    **Position Type and Expected Hours of Work** : This is a full-time position Monday through Friday; some overtime may be required.
