    Job Duties

    + Retailer / Customer Support - Visit retail network and their end-users with focus on product support and activities that strengthen the company’s position as preferred vendor. Meet regularly with National Account Managers and their end users to review support expectations and future project needs. Develop and implement market strategy to assist retail network in the marketing/selling of Crown Insite Fleet Management Tools and OneSource Parts Marketing Programs. Visit retailer customer base to further promote OneSource Parts Marketing Programs to end-users and work with NBO technical support to resolve any product concerns. Maintain marketing plan for each retailer in district and provide bi-annual updates to management with specific focus on measured results and strategic selling plans..

    + Aftermarket Support Processes – New and Current Program Training - Participate in the development and release of new service/parts support programs. Educate retailer personnel in the implementation of new and current programs to ensure the company is positioned as preferred vendor to both retailers and end users. Assist retail network in establishing action steps for continuous improvement in customer support and overall satisfaction with products and services..

    + Dealer and Branch Performance Communication - Communicate to company’s network, the Corporate Service and Parts Goals and Objectives Review comparison of retailers’ performance to corporate objectives with retailer management staff. Recommend action steps and provide support to promote improvement. Review current warranty status and assist with recommendations, adjustments or training needed to improve retailer performance.

    + Communications - Prepare all communication in an effective and punctual manner.. Provide effective feedback to Service Product Managers and other personnel regarding specific product issues. Manage department goal tracker documents for corresponding district and use to provide updates to management on a quarterly basis or as requested.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + 5-7 years related experience

    + Associate degree (Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing)

    + Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED

    + Extensive Travel (over 20%)

    + Extensive overnight stays over 20%)

    + Per 8-hour shift. Sit 4 hours and stand 4 hours. Typical office environment (low noise level, limited exposure hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, and vibrations). Regular interaction with others and performs a degree of independent work. Physical and mental demands are akin to the majority of office positions with prolonged periods of sitting and prolonged use of a computer/keyboard. Infrequent lifting, walking and climbing stairs. Occasional use of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).

    Preferred Qualifications

    + A four-year degree is preferred (business or engineering, or equivalent field experience in sales, marketing or customer service).

    + Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills.

    + New equipment sales experience is desired.

    + Bilingual (English/Spanish both written and verbal) may be required.
