This is a highly visible leadership role that works closely with senior stakeholders to ensure our strategic objectives translate into measurable business outcomes. *What You'll Do:* Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insight, capability modeling, technical analysis, and lead AI Initiatives and process improvements that enable our organization to adapt, grow, and lead in a rapidly evolving market.** ** *Key Responsibilities:* ** *Strategic Leadership* · Partner with business leadership to define, refine, and execute technical solutions supporting business strategies . · Lead the development of business capability maps, value streams, and strategic roadmaps that bridge the gap between vision and execution. · Ensure all major technology initiatives are aligned with business priorities, delivering tangible value. *Enterprise & Business Architecture* · Own and maintain the mapping of technology initiatives to the business capability model ensuring it reflects current and future organizational needs. · Translate business goals into capability requirements that guide technology, process, and design decisions. · Establish technology standards and governance to ensure consistency, scalability, and business alignment. *Stakeholder Engagement* · Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with senior leaders, operational managers, and technology teams. · Build consensus across diverse stakeholders, balancing competing priorities while focusing on long-term value creation. · Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, architects, and developers *Hands on Innovation, AI Strategy, and Analysis* · Lead the integration of emerging technologies — including AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics — into business strategies and solutions. · Research, define, document and translate business needs and objectives into system requirements that can be converted into applications / integrations, with a focus on meeting cost, quality and iterative value delivery standards. · Partner with data, analytics, and technology teams to design AI-driven business capabilities that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer experience. · Champion innovation initiatives by identifying, piloting, and scaling new tools, platforms, and methodologies. · Apply data-driven insights to validate business strategies, optimize processes, and identify new growth opportunities. · Serve as a thought leader in leveraging analytics and AI to deliver measurable business outcomes. *Education & Credentials:* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field; or combination of post high school education and experience equal to ten (10) years.** *Experience:* 10 years of experience as a technology partner to the business developing and delivering innovative solutions. *Technical Skills:* · Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Sharepoint. · Expertise implementing agile development practices with tools such as Jira and Confluence. · Expertise working with Soap and Rest API’s and how to query to support analysis efforts.**** · Knowledge of Relational and/or Document databases and how to build and run queries to support analysis. ** *Working Conditions:* ** Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like.
