    Physician (MD or DO) – Outpatient Pain Management & Spine/Joint Care

    **Locations:** Laurinburg & Rockingham, North Carolina

     

    Now hiring full-time **Physicians (MD or DO)** to join its outpatient pain management and spine/joint practice in **Laurinburg and Rockingham, NC** . Physicians will oversee comprehensive patient care, perform interventional procedures, and collaborate closely with advanced practice providers (PAs/CRNAs) and clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. This role is ideal for physicians interested in a stable outpatient schedule, strong compensation, and opportunities for long-term professional growth in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead patient consultations, physical exams, and develop personalized treatment plans

    + Perform interventional pain management and spine/joint procedures

    + Collaborate and supervise Physician Assistants (PAs), CRNAs, and clinical teams

    + Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests aligned with patient needs

    + Provide comprehensive pre- and post-procedure care focused on patient safety and education

    + Uphold strict compliance with clinical, documentation, and regulatory standards

    + Engage in clinical leadership, quality assurance, and program development initiatives

    What You Bring:

    + MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

    + Active, unrestricted North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start

    + Board certified or board eligible in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, PM&R, Orthopedics, or related specialty

    + Current DEA license, BLS, and ACLS certifications required

    + Experience in outpatient, interventional pain, or orthopedic care preferred but not required

    **Pay Details:** $250,000.00 to $350,000.00 per year
