    Adecco is currently hiring immediately for a Gap Leader opportunity in Fraser, MI!

     

    This is a fantastic full-time, contract-to-hire position with excellent growth potential in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Overtime and Double Time may be available based on business needs and manager approval. This role will typically be a 40-hour work week.

    Pay Rate:

    + $20.00 per hour

    Shifts Available:

    + 1st Shift

    + 3rd Shift _(Training will be on 1st or 2nd shift until training is complete.)_

    _***MUST HAVE TEAM LEAD EXPERIENCE IN A AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING SETTING***_

    We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual with **previous Team Lead experience in automotive manufacturing.** The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, safety-focused, and capable of guiding a team while ensuring production flow, quality standards, and performance targets are met.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Ensure the flow of quality parts and raw materials from receipt to shipment.

    + Lead daily shift meetings and end-of-shift debriefings.

    + Maintain equipment and work areas in excellent condition.

    + Verify safety systems are working properly and ensure team members follow all safety procedures.

    + Train operators and coach team members to improve performance.

    + Ensure Standardized Work is followed and conduct daily audits.

    + Assist with line changeovers, problem-solving, and improvement activities.

    + Encourage improvement ideas and help implement them.

    + Replace operators as needed and support production flow.

    + Submit, track, and implement improvement ideas.

    Requirements

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    + MUST HAVE **previous experience as a Team Lead in automotive manufacturing.**

    + Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    + Ability to stand 10–12 hours per day.

    + Good decision-making skills and ability to work independently.

    + Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    + Flexible to meet changing business and customer demands.

    + Proficient in English.

    + Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques preferred.

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
