Superintendent of Construction – Commercial TI (Contract to Hire)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-time, 40 hours/week)

Job Description Overview
We are seeking an intermediate-level Superintendent or Foreman to support a variety of commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects in the Seattle and Tacoma areas. Projects include bank renovations, school remodels, and a ground-up radiation lab. The ideal candidate will be hands-on (“bags-on”) and take full ownership of job sites, especially Bank of America renovation projects. Technological proficiency and blueprint reading in Procore are essential.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee and manage commercial TI projects
+ Perform hands-on work at Bank of America renovation sites
+ Read and interpret blueprints using Procore
+ Manage subcontractors and project scheduling
+ Create and maintain daily logs and 3-week look-ahead schedules
+ Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards

+ 4+ years of experience as a superintendent or foreman on commercial projects
+ Experience with hollow metal frames and doors
+ Ability to read plans and use Procore effectively

Additional Qualifications
+ Commercial experience is required, preferably in smaller TI projects
+ Microsoft Project experience may substitute for Procore
+ Valid driver’s license
+ Ability to pass a 9-panel drug test
+ Experience with plumbing and HVAC systems preferred
Disqualifiers
+ No commercial construction experience
+ No experience with hollow metal doors
+ Inability to read blueprints or use Procore
+ Failure to pass drug screening

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
