Project Manager – Construction (Contract to Hire)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-time, 40 hours/week)

Duration: 9 Months

Placement Type: Contract to Hire

Pay Range: $100,000 – $120,000/year (Depending on years of experience, tenure, software proficiency, relevant job titles, etc.)

Job Description Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, estimating, executing, and finalizing construction projects within strict deadlines and budgets. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating team efforts, and managing third-party contractors or consultants to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Manager will also define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

+ Plan and estimate project timelines and budgets

+ Execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines

+ Coordinate efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants

+ Acquire necessary resources for project completion

+ Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle

+ Manage construction projects ranging from $250k to $5M

+ Perform bidding, estimating, and takeoffs alongside project management duties

+ 5+ years’ experience managing construction projects in the $250k–$5M range

+ Experience bidding, estimating, and performing takeoffs

Additional Qualifications

+ University or college degree preferred

+ Minimum 5 years of direct experience in a project management capacity

Disqualifiers

+ Less than 5 years of relevant construction project management experience

+ No experience with Procore or MS Project

+ Lack of commercial construction experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
