Adecco is seeking a dynamic and driven Internal Recruiter to join our team in Brighton, MI. As a key colleague within our organization, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent to support our clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
+ Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across multiple industries.
+ Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
+ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
+ Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and workforce planning initiatives.
+ Represent Adecco professionally at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred (agency or corporate).
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms.
+ A team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach.

**Pay Details:** $23.08 to $26.44 per hour

Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
