**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate
**Location:** On-Site – Arlington, TX
**Type:** Temp-to-Hire
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
**Pay Rate:** $ 18.43/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a **Warehouse Associate** to join the team. This role supports the warehouse operations by assisting with shipping, receiving, staging, and warranty order preparation, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities
+ Support warehouse functions such as shipping and receiving.
+ Transport and stage product as needed.
+ Assist with order pulling and warranty setup.
+ Maintain work and product storage areas in a clean and organized manner.
+ Provide customer service support focused on service excellence.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Forklift experience (assessment required).
+ Team-oriented, detail-driven, and dependable.
+ Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control helpful.
+ Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (steel-toe shoes).
+ Must pass background and drug screening prior to start (no exceptions).
Work Environment & Requirements
+ Light industrial environment.
+ Standing for long periods and lifting may be required.
+ Steel-toe shoes are required.
+ Candidates will interview on-site and receive a facility tour prior to offer.
**Pay Details:** $18.43 per hour
