Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:
+ Support billing and invoicing for retirement and compensation plans including 401(k), stock plans, non-qualified deferred compensation, and defined benefit plans
+ Generate and distribute invoices totaling over $450 million annually
+ Reconcile receivables and manage fee collections from plan sponsors
+ Ensure accurate fee setup and timely billing
+ Monitor platform changes and communicate updates to management
+ Maintain and update procedural documentation and participate in system testing
+ Identify and escalate risk items appropriately
+ Participate in internal and third-party audits
+ Research and resolve escalated inquiries from internal and external partners
+ Lead departmental projects and special assignments
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in billing processes
Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in reconciliation, billing, project management, trading, or managed products support
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
+ Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
+ General knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
+ Ability to work independently and resolve complex issues
+ Technologically adept with a focus on process improvement
+ Career-oriented with a desire to grow within the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Knowledge of investment and retirement products (e.g., mutual funds, alternative investments, managed products)
+ Advanced Excel skills

**Pay Details:** $23.44 per hour
