Accounting Manager

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to recruit and hire a full-time Accounting Manager just 30 minutes south of Cookeville, TN.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage accounting functions: cash flow, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and tax compliance
+ Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with U.S. GAAP
+ Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and audit activities
+ Provide analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
+ Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
+ Supervise and develop team members, balancing workloads and performance goals
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred
+ 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
+ 2+ years of leadership experience
+ Manufacturing industry experience required
+ Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Our Client Offers:
+ Base salary in the 100k-130k range

**Pay Details:** $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
