Description

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Monmouth County, New Jersey. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with expertise in QuickBooks Online and a strong background in financial management. The role involves maintaining accurate records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and supporting administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.

• Perform bank reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial records.

• Utilize QuickBooks Online to track and organize financial data effectively.

• Provide backup support for payroll processing and related functions.

• Export and analyze financial data for reporting purposes.

• Address ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures in all bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping, particularly with QuickBooks Online.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Proficiency in performing accurate bank reconciliations.

• Familiarity with payroll processing and financial data export functions.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
