    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist I to join our team in Highland Heights, Ohio. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient management of physical assets, including receiving, refurbishing, organizing, and shipping items such as office furniture, computer equipment, and printed materials. This is a long-term contract position where you will receive hands-on training and work under direct supervision until you become fully proficient in departmental processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive and dispatch orders accurately in alignment with schedules and specified quantities.

    • Assist with daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping activities, staging, and maintaining a secure and organized environment.

    • Follow established procedures for shipping and receiving items, including processing smaller outgoing jobs and completing punch list activities.

    • Refurbish used office furniture to ensure quality and usability.

    • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently.

    • Maintain accurate records of inventory and logistics processes using software tools.

    • Collaborate with outsourced resources and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

    • Travel occasionally as required to support warehouse operations.

    • Work flexible hours, including overtime, to meet deadlines and operational needs.

    • Adhere to safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

    • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in compliance with company driving policies.

    • Certification to operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.

    • Proficiency in using PC systems and software such as Microsoft Office and inventory management tools.

    • Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills.

    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with team members and stakeholders.

    • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 85 lbs and perform repetitive upper extremity movements.
