One of our premier REIT clients is preparing to raise a large fund that will double their portfolio size, and they’re hiring a Senior Property Accountant to support this exciting growth. The client is offering excellent benefits and stability along with room for growth. The position is hybrid in the greater Annapolis Area.

    In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

    + Reporting for 15+ entities

    + CAM reconciliations and reserve draws

    + Managing payments to and from lenders as well as investor communications

    + Leveraging advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

    + 3+ years of relevant audit or property accounting experience

    + Prior exposure to real estate accounting or multi-entity environments is a plus

    + Experience working within MRI or Yardi ERP systems preferred

    + Advanced Excel skills
