Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis in Kenmore, Washington. This role requires someone with strong experience in managing financial records, overseeing accounts, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Ideal candidates will possess excellent organizational skills and a thorough understanding of bookkeeping principles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries.

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Handle B& O tax filings and ensure compliance with state regulations.

• Utilize QuickBooks to track and manage financial transactions effectively.

• Generate financial reports to support decision-making and business planning.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes.

• Leverage Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data and create reports.

• Maintain organized documentation and records for audits and internal reviews. Requirements • At least 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Proven experience in bank reconciliations and general ledger management.

• Familiarity with B& O tax regulations and filing procedures.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
