    Aerotek (Rock Island, IL)


    Production Worker - $18.50/HR

     

    **Location:** Rock Island, Illinois

    **Shifts Available:** 1st, 2nd

    Key Responsibilities

    + Rotate through 4 positions on Line 1 during an 8-hour shift.

    + Use hand tools to move blades from furnace to press, then to quench.

    + Hang blades for painting and inspect for quality before shipment.

    + Collaborate with team members to maintain production flow.

    + Ensure high-quality standards through attention to detail.

    Required Skills

    + General labor or production experience.

    + Comfortable in manufacturing environments.

    + Strong critical thinking and teamwork.

    + Measuring and assembly line proficiency.

    + Detail-oriented for spotting defects.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
