• Maintenance Technician

    Looking for First Shift Maintenance Technicians!

    Job Duties

    + Work with a variety of instrumentation devices, including:

    + Thermocouples

    + Motor tachometers

    + Temperature controllers

    + Pressure transducers

    + Install electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices according to diagrams and schematics

    + Ensure proper operation of equipment using:

    + Multi-meters

    + Oscilloscopes

    + Machine-specific instrumentation

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining 480v electrical systems.

    + Proficiency in preventive maintenance and electrical maintenance.

    + Familiarity with the extrusion industry and related equipment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with thermocouples, transducers, and temperature controllers.

    + Knowledge of DC motors, drives, and heater circuits.

    + Experience with heater controls.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $78272.00/yr.
