Now Hiring: Floor Laborer (1st Shift – $15/hr)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Floor Laborer to join our warehouse team. This role supports daily operations by assisting forklift drivers, scanning products, and handling materials. You’ll play a key part in maintaining efficient production flow and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and safely.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assist forklift drivers by scanning products and following task instructions.
+ Unload and load materials in and out of equipment and designated lanes.
+ Handle totes: remove products, remove tags, send totes down the line, and stack them.
+ Perform duties of a Material Handler as directed by the supervisor.
+ Communicate concerns to leads or supervisors for resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Previous production or warehouse experience.
+ Proficiency with RF scanners and reading packing/picking instructions.
+ Experience operating sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks.
+ Strong general labor skills in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

+ Shift: 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), with potential overtime (10-hour days and occasional Saturdays during busy season).
+ Dress Code: Shorts, jeans, T-shirts, and steel-toe shoes.
+ PPE Required: Steel-toe shoes (can be tennis shoes), safety glasses, and reflective safety vests.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
