Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic - Sign On Bonus
Job Description
This hands-on position is responsible for testing, adjusting, repairing, and performing other general tasks related to the maintenance and repair of airframe, engine, and component systems on a variety of aircraft models.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in and learn high-quality inspections, servicing, and maintenance of aircraft and engine systems using proper tools and equipment.
+ Order general components and parts, manage the turn-in and record of removed parts, and oversee the delivery and record of received parts.
+ Perform minor troubleshooting, function testing, and repair of aircraft and engine systems and components.
+ Prepare various documents for record-keeping as required by company policies and FAA regulations.
+ Demonstrate proficiency in the work order system by completing accurate and timely discrepancies and corrective action statements.
+ Locate and use appropriate technical data for maintenance requirements and follow instructions to complete assigned tasks.
+ Support, maintain, and comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills
+ 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, ideally in a corporate setting.
+ A&P License.
+ Possession of personal tools.
+ Experience in corporate aircraft maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with GA, CRJ, and previous MRO is considered.
+ Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a growing team.

Work Environment
Candidates will work inside a temperature-controlled hangar with a small and growing team. The work environment is clean and supports business growth. Shifts available include first shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and second shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses are offered, and shifts provide flexibility for work-life balance.

This is a Permanent position based out of Milan, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
