Job Title: Service Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs, ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities and equipment. You will be responsible for managing work orders, conducting inspections, and performing major and minor repairs across various locations.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety and functionality of facilities and equipment.
+ Inspect, clean, and repair fixtures; identify wear and tear and recommend replacements.
+ Perform major and minor repairs using skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and equipment maintenance.
+ Diagnose issues using manuals, blueprints, and tools; respond promptly to emergencies.
+ Document all maintenance and repair activities.
+ Manage work orders, schedules, and contractor activities.
+ Complete documentation such as expense reports and maintenance logs.
+ Order and track parts and equipment; submit warranty claims.
+ Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
Essential Skills
+ Preventive Maintenance
+ Facility Repair and Maintenance
+ Electrical Diagnostics and Repairs
+ Vocational or Technical certification and 3 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade, or 5 years' experience in these trades.
+ Valid Driver's License
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.
+ Ability to work in industrial, repair, and service environments.

Work Environment
This role involves traveling between various locations including retail and distribution centers. You will be provided with a service van/truck and tools. Work involves navigating narrow, confined spaces and uneven or slippery surfaces. You may be exposed to varying temperatures, including extreme heat, cold, wet, or drafty conditions. Tasks may require working at heights, such as on roofs or scaffolding. Overnight shifts and varying schedules may be required.

This is a Permanent position.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45800.00 - $62000.00/yr.
•Performance bonus: based on manager review, 5% of their annual salary
•Sign on bonus is $2000; $1000 paid at 30 days and $1000 paid at 6 months of service
•All GM and HVAC technicians receive a vehicle and are allowed to take that vehicle home
•Must be open to local travel and potential travel for training purposes
•Cannot submit candidates who have applied in the past 30 days or failed the assessment in the past 90 days
•A Ramsey assessment will be completed during the interview with the hiring manager for all req’s opened July 8, 2025 and after
•Must have clean driving record
•Will submit to a background check
•10 panel drug screen will be performed
