Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking both entry-level and experienced production workers to start as soon as possible in general production and machine operating roles for our shop. The role involves either working on the production line to ensure products are filled and bottled according to specifications OR operating different metal forming machines to bend and form metal to specification. You will be responsible for documentation, adhering to safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

These are contract roles thru the first week of October

Responsibilities

+ Monitor line performance, conducting periodic quality checks and making necessary adjustments.

+ Spot check weights of filled products to ensure accuracy.

+ Document and visually inspect finished products to ensure no defects, such as broken caps, smudged labels, or contamination.

+ Break down lines and clean different parts at the end of shifts or during line changeovers.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring the line area is prepared for the next shift.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production or fast-paced work environments, including restaurant or warehouse settings.

+ Ability to use hand tools and operate machinery.

+ Experience in order picking, packaging, and line operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with high-speed manufacturing lines.

+ Ability to perform line changeovers and make minor adjustments.

Shift

6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday

+ Overtime on Fridays

Work Environment

This role operates in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
