    Travel Heavy Equipment Operator – $25–$35/hr + $830/Week Per Diem

    **Location:** Projects across Louisiana, Texas, and the Midwest

    **Type:** Contract to Hire

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6AM–6PM (occasional Saturdays)

    **Overtime:** 20–35 hours/week

    A well-known civil construction company is hiring experienced heavy equipment operators for travel work across multiple states. This is a solid opportunity to earn great money, rack up overtime, and work with a crew that gets the job done.

    Pay & Benefits

    + **$25–$35/hour** , depending on experience and equipment skills

    + **$830/week per diem**

    Job Duties

    + Operate tractors (Fendt preferred), dozers, excavators, and motor graders

    + Handle earthwork: cuts, fills, haul roads

    + Perform equipment inspections before and after shifts

    + Work closely with other operators and site crews

    + Follow all safety protocols

    Requirements

    + 3+ years of experience in civil or commercial construction

    + Skilled in grading, earthmoving, and operating rollers, discs, and box blades

    + Valid driver’s license preferred

    + Must be able to travel and work outdoors in all conditions

    Work Conditions

    + Outdoor construction sites, often on converted farmland

    + Fast-paced, high-activity environment

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
