Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as General Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading uniform garments and facility service products, preparing bundles for delivery, and ensuring floor mats are processed and stored correctly.

Responsibilities

+ Load and unload uniform garments and facility service products into and out of company trucks accurately to maintain inventory control.

+ Operate basic equipment and complete routine tasks following detailed instructions.

+ Prepare delivery bundles of towels, aprons, scrubs, and other facility service items either manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.

+ Ensure daily accuracy and productivity to maintain inventory control.

+ Process, sort, and store floor mats; inspect them to meet quality standards and sort by size, color, and logo.

+ Coordinate re-wash or additional dry time for excessively wet or stained mats.

Essential Skills

+ General labor skills

+ Experience in production and packaging

+ Authorization to work in the US

+ Must be 18 years or older

+ Valid driver's license

+ 1+ year of warehouse experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Capability to lift 50 lbs

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

The position is based in a closed-off warehouse, where employees will work in a controlled environment. The role requires working in shifts with two openings from Monday to Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm and 1:30 pm - 10 pm, and additional shifts for towel folding and mat rolling. The role demands adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Olathe, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
