    • Location: Hagerstown, Maryland

    Shifts Available:

    + 2 Openings on 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–3:00PM)

    + 1 Opening on 3rd Shift (11pm-7am)

     

    Pay rate: $18.20-$22/hour

    •️ Key Responsibilities

    + Assist the Maintenance Team with daily operations and repairs.

    + Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.

    + Help install new machinery and collaborate with contractors.

    + Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.

    + Keep workspaces clean, organized, and safe.

    + Support co-workers and cross-functional teams as needed.

    • Essential Skills

    + Basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude

    + Familiarity with hand tools and power tools

    + Understanding of hydraulics, wiring, and conveyor systems

    + Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions

    + Experience in industrial maintenance is a plus

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $20.25/hr.
