Now Hiring: General Production Worker (1st Shift)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated General Production Worker to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for buffing, painting, and performing inspections on RVs, Motorhomes, and Charter Buses. This role requires physical labor and attention to detail, with proficiency in reading a tape measure being essential.

Key Responsibilities

+ Buff and paint vehicle surfaces.

+ Climb ladders to access work areas.

+ Wipe down vehicle fronts and inspect for sanding or buffing needs.

+ Identify and perform paint repairs.

+ Install 3M film on vehicle surfaces.

+ Mix paint for daily production needs.

+ Prepare and place touch-up paint kits inside units.

+ Remove masking materials (paper, tape, plastic) after inspection clearance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in general labor and production work.

+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

+ Familiarity with buffing, painting, and ladder use.

+ Capable of performing physical tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

+ Valid driver’s license.

+ Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience.

+ Strong team fit and positive attitude.

Work Environment

+ Shift: 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM), Monday through Friday.

+ Cleanroom and machine operation setting.

+ Physically active role with hands-on tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
