    Job Title: General Laborer/Warehouse Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and reliable general laborer to join our team. You will be responsible for replacing old yellow fabric with new ones while managing inventory. This role involves heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, in a loud and fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a team to complete a specific number of swaps within a set timeframe. Additionally, maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment in compliance with company policies is crucial.

    Responsibilities

    + Replace old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric while managing inventory.

    + Lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively.

    + Work collaboratively with a team to meet swap targets within a specified timeframe.

    + Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment according to company policies.

    + Build and assemble metal workstations and inventory shelving units.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in general labor, carpentry, or production.

    + Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.

    + Experience in commercial construction and assembly.

    + Strong teamwork and communication skills.

    + Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, pulling, and pushing.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to read a tape measure.

    + Experience with various types of hand and power tools.

    + Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.

    + Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 lbs.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
