Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

As a vital member of our customer service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and dealers, providing professional support for parts orders and inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Warmly greet and assist customers and dealers via walk-ins, phone calls, and email.

+ Research parts information, provide estimates, check availability, and answer general inquiries using electronic and paper catalogs.

+ Perform administrative tasks including phone handling, data entry, ERP system updates, and order reconciliation.

+ Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to support smooth department operations.

+ Accurately collect customer order details, including payment information, to ensure seamless processing.

+ Respond to internal service department requests for product pricing and availability.

+ Receive and log customer tools using the Active Log application throughout the day.

+ Monitor and follow up on backorders to ensure timely receipt and distribution.

+ Provide backup support for office functions such as reception and supply management.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills:

+ Customer service and support (in-person, phone, and email)

+ Sales and administrative support

+ Data entry and order processing

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

+ Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

+ Front desk and inbound call handling

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
