Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

The Production Supervisor plays a key role in directing daily operations for finished goods, with a focus on palletizing and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment. This role requires a strong attention to detail, effective leadership, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

+ Monitor hourly production metrics, including case counts, to ensure targets are achieved.

+ Read and execute the daily run plan accurately to meet operational goals.

+ Provide hands-on training and guidance to both new hires and returning team members on equipment and workflow procedures.

+ Enforce adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all company safety policies.

+ Maintain a professional, respectful demeanor in all communications with staff.

+ Collaborate with the supervisor by promptly reporting any employee-related issues or concerns.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with forklift operation, inventory control, and management.

+ Proficient in ERP systems.

+ Strong supervision and production management skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

+ Mechanical aptitude and ability to stand for long periods.

+ Proficiency in English with preferred bilingual skills in Spanish.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Leadership experience is preferred.

+ Ability to work in cold and wet environments.

+ Capability to climb stairs and platforms.

+ Comfortable working around fast-moving conveyors

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced, cold manufacturing setting where attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are paramount. The ability to work under varying conditions is essential.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
