Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
+ Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies.
+ Collaborate with executive leadership and MTL staff to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
Operational Excellence
+ Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and compliance.
+ Maintain high standards in quality, safety, and regulatory adherence.
Financial Management
+ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
+ Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Team Development
+ Recruit, mentor, and manage department leaders.
+ Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Customer & Partner Relations
+ Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
+ Resolve escalated issues and uphold our reputation for excellence.
Sales & Marketing
+ Guide marketing strategies to grow market share and attract new customers.
Compliance & Risk
+ Ensure full compliance with legal and internal policies.
+ Identify and mitigate risks to protect business continuity.
Performance & Reporting
+ Track KPIs and analyze operational data.
+ Present insights and reports to leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement
+ Represent the organization in negotiations, public events, and strategic partnerships.

+ Champion continuous improvement and innovation to stay competitive.

Qualifications

+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
