    As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll be hands-on with high-precision equipment and processes like:

    + Photolithography

    + Etching

    + Substrate Cleaning

    + Metrology

    _What You’ll Do:_

    + Operate manual and computer-controlled semiconductor equipment

    + Set up, calibrate, and maintain complex machinery

    + Collaborate with your team to process wafers and optical components

    + Monitor performance using software tools and make process adjustments

    + Follow strict quality control procedures

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

    + Multitask and support additional duties as needed

     

    _What You Bring:_

    Required:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

    + Ability to stand for 3–5 hours and perform light lifting

    + Strong manual dexterity and microscope experience

    + Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies

    Preferred:

    + Experience in cleanroom manufacturing

    + Proficiency in electronics assembly or semiconductor processing

    _Compensation & Benefits:_

    + Starting Pay: $22–$29/hr (based on experience & interview)

    + Shift Differentials: +5% (day), +15% (night)

    + Guaranteed Overtime: 8 hours every other week

    + Bonus Opportunity: Up to 7% based on company performance

    + 401(k) Match: Up to 6% company contribution

    + Healthcare Support: Employer covers half of insurance deductible

     

    _Shift Options:_

    Day Shift (6am–6pm):

    + A: Sun–Tues + alternating Wed

    + B: Thurs–Sat + alternating Wed

    Night Shift (6pm–6am):

    + C: Sun–Tues + alternating Sat

    + D: Wed–Fri + alternating Sat

    _Work Environment:_

    + Full cleanroom gear (“bunnysuit”) required

    + Chemical handling with full PPE (acids, bases, solvents)

    + Cleanroom conditions maintained with specialized garments

    + Onsite cafeteria and breakroom with snacks and lunch options

    + Three 30-minute breaks per shift with flexible lunch scheduling

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $24.15/hr.
