    Position Summary

    CVS Health is looking for an experienced Business Analyst, QA and Technical SME with focus on balancing high-impact business management solutions with small project speed to market efficiency. In this role, you will be joining a business tech team that focuses on out of the box management and integration solutions for our various enterprise operations teams using a variety of platforms. We service medical, pharmacy, sales, product and call center support models across the CVS enterprise.

     

    Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

     

    Applies in-depth knowledge to lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

     

    Implements and maintains project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to drive project progress and mitigate risks.

     

    Communicates with project teams internally and externally to ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

     

    Completes project risk assessments and develops mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes.

     

    Controls project budgets, financials, and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

     

    Conducts routine collaboration with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.

     

    Examines project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and communicating updates to stakeholders.

     

    Administers leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.

     

    Installs project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.

    Required Qualifications

    + 5 or more years of related professional experience

    + 3 or more years of working directly with SQL database administration

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Healthcare Insurance and PBM knowledge including Prior Authorizations, Claims, Rebates, Network contracting, Sales, Call Center Ops and Pharmacy Ops

    + Business process design and development experience using SSMS (Sql Server Management Studio) Agent

    + SQL job monitoring, troubleshooting and issue resolution with the potential of off hour support

    + SQL programming, MS PowerShell, Open Query integration and stored procedures

    + Familiarity with Salesforce CRM integration and cloud database methodology

    + Data model interpretation and customer intent translation

    + Collaborating with cross-functional business partners to increase productivity, efficiency, and speed to market deliverables using Salesforce, SSMS and other automation tools

    + Accurately translating business requirements into technical specifications and documenting details

    + Work independently to research and resolve production issues for specific processes

    + QA responsibilities including test plans and hands on business flow execution with an emphasis on practical workflow

    + Assessing risks, communicating dependencies and suggesting alternative solutions in timely manner that allows for mitigation or strategic reaction

    + Ensuring post-deployment satisfaction

    + Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $46,988.00 - $112,200.00

     

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
