The Business Intelligence (BI) & Reporting Manager will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support our technology portfolio. This role is crucial for advancing our Generative AI and Machine Learning capabilities in reporting, ensuring that our product and technology PMO needs are met with innovative solutions.

The Work Itself
* Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with technology, business, and product partners to gather, document, and refine business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for BI solutions.
* Roadmap Development: Prioritize intake backlogs to optimize value for the technology portfolio, building a roadmap that aligns delivery with key partner outcomes and KPIs.
* Data Preparation and Visualization: Design and implement data models and ETL processes to prepare data for consumption in interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
* AI-Powered Reporting: Research, evaluate, and experiment with AI-powered reporting solutions to enhance the speed and quality of our reporting capabilities.
* Strategy: Maintain expertise in generative AI and other advanced technologies, driving and influencing our strategic direction with innovative approaches.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, business analysts, technology PMO analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and suggest improvements in data evaluation and insight generation.
The Skills You Bring
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer, with proficiency in Power BI.
* At least 2 years of experience in AI technologies preferred.
* Strong database expertise, including database concepts, SQL, and data modeling.
* Experience with ETL tools and techniques for data integration.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present findings through effective visualization.
* Strong problem-solving skills and experience in agile/scrum product development lifecycle.
* Highly effective communicator, capable of presenting complex information to senior executives and business partners.
* Well-organized and able to balance multiple requests and competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred:
* Intergration with Cloud based Data Platforms such as Snowflake
* Proficiency with coding scripting languages such as Python and/or React solutions
* Ability to integrate multiple tools and APIs.

An individual's position in the range is determined by the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
