What You’ll Do

+ Provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients in their homes

+ Deliver skilled, compassionate care for complex medical needs

+ Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families

What We’re Looking For

+ Current and active LPN or RN license

+ Pediatric experience preferred (training provided!)

+ A heart for patient-centered care and making a difference
