Job Summary
We are seeking a Temporary Part-Time Company Driver for our Administration team at our Safety Assessment site located in Spencerville, Ohio.
Drive key personnel, clients and other required passengers to and from destinations. May also be required to lift luggage in and out of the vehicle for passengers. Provide pick up of company needed purchases and delivery of items, as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: _(The fundamental Competencies/Skills & Responsibilities of the role (products and services provided/results accomplished) include, but are not limited to, those listed:_
+ Transport of passengers and/or company requested items to and from designated locations.
+ Lift and carry luggage or other items being transported.
+ Pick up and deliver company supplies.
+ Perform all other related duties as assigned.
The pay for this position is $16/hr. Please note that starting salaries vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
Job Qualifications
_(Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Abilities required to accomplish the essential functions) include but are not limited to:_
+ Education: High School or G.E.D. preferred.
+ Credentials: Valid Ohio state driver's license required.
+ Experience: None required.
+ Other: Demonstrated professional verbal communication skills and ability to converse with diverse audiences. Able to work a flexible, minimally planned work schedule.
Physical Demands:
+ Employees must be able to lift, move, manipulate, and/or hold heavy objects up to and including 50 pounds; this includes luggage, supplies, and other items.
+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must have ability to drive day or night.
+ Repetitive dexterity/motion as needed to operate a motorized vehicle.
+ Must be able to sit for an extended period of time
Work Environment:
+ Operating a company vehicle on various types of roads and during various types of weather.
Comments:
+ This position may require weekend, holiday, and/or after hours coverage, as needed.
