    Hatchery Support Coordinator

    PURPOSE AND GENERAL SUMMARY:

    Pilgrim’s is looking for a Hatchery Support Coordinator to perform routine but varied clerical duties such as data entry/verification, record keeping, photocopying, scanning, compiling records, filing, etc. This role will be based in at our hatchery in Sauk Rapids, MN.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Enter daily operational data into SAP and MTech

    + Balance and reconcile data

    + Verify inventory

    + Create requisitions and record receipts of material

    + Create and close out work orders

    + Communicate with vendors and follow through with work orders or purchase orders

    + Other duties as required.

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS and BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    + 1-2 years related office or clerical experience

    + Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

    + Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

    + Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    + Must be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary

    + Must be able to work at least 2 of these holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day

    + Must have strong organization skills and be detail-oriented

    + Experience in SAP and MTech is preferred, but not required

    + Confidentiality a must

    + Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
