    Maintenance Worker

    Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 depending on experience

     

    Schedule: Monday - Friday

    Qualifications:

    + Communicate effectively with others.

    + Ability to calculate in all units of measures.

    + Ability to work independently.

    + Reliable, shows up on time and ready to work.

    + Prior experience in janitorial and landscaping work preferred.

    + Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

    Responsibilities:

    + Minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment. (Major repairs are performed under the supervision of licensed maintenance workers.)

    + Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.

    + May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed.

    + General maintenance of grounds & facilities including: Cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping & restocking facility including restrooms & break areas, Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition , Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals , Order cleaning supplies as necessary
