Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely submissions of bid documents, preparing necessary documents for post-qualification, and creating accurate contract proposals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company and work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
+ Ensure timely submissions of bid documents before deadlines.
+ Prepare all documents and requirements needed in the post-qualification process.
+ Draft, edit, and proofread documentation to create accurate contract proposals.
Essential Skills
+ 1-3 years of experience in contract administration.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
+ Experience working on an ERP system, such as Great Plains or SAP.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Industry experience in the government sector.
+ Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
