Join Our Team as a Customer Success Specialist
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving meaningful outcomes? We’re looking for a proactive, people-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team in Norwalk, CT. In this hybrid role, you’ll be the strategic partner to a portfolio of mid-to-large-sized clients, helping them unlock the full value of our solutions.
This is more than a support role — it’s an opportunity to become a trusted advisor, influence customer success strategies, and contribute directly to long-term client satisfaction and retention.
What You’ll Do
+ Own a portfolio of strategic accounts and serve as the primary post-sale contact.
+ Drive customer success through structured engagement plans, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), performance tracking, and proactive outreach.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and solution implementation.
+ Manage professional services contracts, aligning deliverables with client expectations and business goals.
+ Build lasting relationships with stakeholders across all levels of client organizations.
+ Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
What You Bring
+ 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
+ Proven ability to manage complex accounts and deliver measurable results.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you know how to build trust and rapport.
+ Confidence in presenting to clients and leading strategic conversations.
+ A solid grasp of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively.
+ Industry experience in equipment, rental, or contractor services is a strong plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $63.88 - $63.88/hr.
