Overview

Responsibilities
+ Oversee day-to-day operations of the HVAC/R business
+ Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), technician productivity, job quality, analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
+ Analyze KPIs and financial reports to reduce costs and increase profitability
+ Drive revenue growth through strong sales strategies and operational alignment
+ Lead, coach, and develop managers, technician and support staff
+ Create a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
+ Implement best practices and process improvements across the business
+ Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
+ Forecast manpower requirementsBuild, develop and maintain customer satisfaction through responsive communication, quality service and quick resolution on issues
+ Maintain and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety programs, including all required certifications, licensing, and training for compliance
+ Perform all other duties as required
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and/or equivalent level of experience
+ 5+ years of increasing leadership experience in the HVAC and/or Refrigeration industry (Minimum eight years of operations experience preferably in a service environment. Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing multiple locations.)
+ Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC principles and practices, including service hour estimation, labor forecasting, construction management, and multiple disciplines involved in area of responsibility
+ Proven success managing P&L responsibilities
+ Proficiency in managing multiple assignments, setting and balancing competing priorities with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
+ Strong understanding of HVAC/R operations, scheduling, and workflow management
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
+ Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and initiative
+ Leverage Operational Excellence tools and initiatives such as BSC, maturity roadmaps, Six Sigma, Lean, and etc
+ Direct branch operations in a safe, effective and environmentally responsible manner, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations and guideline.
+ This position is based in the United States and must reside within a 50-mile radius of a major international airport. This role is remote eligible, when not travelling, which is approximately 50-60%.
