    Position Overview:The Data Analytics Subject Matter Expert (SME) supports the inTransition program by managing, analyzing, and reporting on mental health and TBI-related program data. This role ensures that data is used effectively to evaluate program performance, identify trends, and support continuous improvement.

    Job Type:Full-time/Exempt

     

    Anticipated Start Date: 11/01/2025

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Manage and analyze program data related to coaching services, outreach, and contact center operations.

    + Develop dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

    + Support program evaluation efforts and collaborate with third-party evaluators.

    + Maintain and update SOPs for data workflows and reporting.

    + Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with DHA and DoD standards.

    + Present findings and recommendations to program leadership.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mental health data analytics or a related field (e.g., healthcare data analytics).

    + At least 3 years of relevant experience.

    + At least 1 year post-degree experience in:

    + Mental health data/database management.

    + Analysis and presentation of program data.

    + Proficiency in:

    + Excel, Access, Stata, SPSS.

    + SQL and Tableau.

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    + Previous Experience working with the Veteran Health Administration.
