Schedule:** **Monday through Friday, from 9a to 5p with flexibility- 37.5 hours each week. With on call as needed.
Salary Range: $68,950 to $79,202 annually, based upon relevant experience
Devereux/TCV Community Services is immediately hiring for a Residential Manager for our DAS program!
Program Overview:
The primary purpose of the Mental Health Residential/DAS is to provide adult individuals who have mental health and SUD with quality care and services designed to address their individualized goals. The program philosophy is based on a strength-based approach as well as person centered, culturally and recovery principles. All aspects of the service must meet CRR regulation as defined in the policies and procedures and all federal, state and county requirements.
Position Summary:
Supervises the operation of assigned treatement programs (Diversion and Acute Stabilization [DAS] and Partial Hospitalization) to ensure provision of quality services in accordance with Devereux/TCV philosophy, and within Devereux/TCV policies and procedures **.** Assists in planning and conducts the implementation of DAS residentialand Partial Hospitalization services for assigned individuals. Maintains a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of program individuals. Provides leadership, guidance and support to staff in assigned programs.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
+ Master’s degree in clinical discipline
+ MinimumThree (3) or more years of clinical experience,
+ Minimum one (1) year of which has included supervising others.
+ Experience in adult mental health, residential, or inpatient settings a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
+ Strong understanding of mental illness, psychiatric rehabilitation, and recovery principles
+ Skilled in clinical decision-making, staff supervision, and team leadership
+ Able to maintain professional boundaries and follow regulatory guidelines
+ Effective communicator with solid documentation and EHR/computer skills
Additional Requirements:
+ Pre-employment physical, TB test, drug screening
+ Hepatitis vaccination series (within 30 days)
+ Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
+ Ability to pass federal, state, and criminal background checks
