Fort Belvoir, VA
SMX is seeking an **Army Data Audit Manager (ADAM) Program Analyst Senior** . This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of cybersecurity policies and procedures, coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage data transfer initiatives within the organization.
This is a full-time onsite position in Ft. Belvoir, VA.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop policies in alignment with HQ, INSCOM G6 and GISA Cybersecurity requirements, incorporating relevant Army regulatory requirements and Intelligence Community Standards.
+ Review Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DOD), and Army level guidance regularly, updating existing policies as necessary to ensure compliance.
+ Navigate, evaluate, and communicate standards for "Tier 0" privileged access for data transfer agents.
+ Conduct training sessions for personnel of various expertise levels within the INSCOM workforce on data transfer requirements.
+ Develop and distribute standardized materials for trainees to facilitate the establishment of successful data transfer programs within their respective organizations.
+ Ensure policy review on an annual basis, with updates occurring no less than every three years or in response to changes in IC Standards or Army Regulation.
+ Review and approve pending requests at the G6 level daily, providing a bi-weekly report of all approved personnel to the Program Manager.
+ Ensure all data transfer personnel receive annual training and fulfill other access requirements (e.g., Privileged Access Agreements, appointment).
+ Support the ADAM Program Manager's weekly reporting requirement to the G6 Cybersecurity Chief.
Requirements:
+ Active TS security clearance and eligible for SCI and NATO read-on prior to starting work.
+ BS in a discipline covered under Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science.
+ Must meet DoD 8570 level II certification compliance (i.e. possess one of the following certifications: CompTIA CySA+, CompTIA Security+, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
+ Demonstrated experience in policy development and implementation, particularly within the realms of INSCOM G6 and GISA Cybersecurity requirements.
+ Proficiency in interpreting and applying IC, DOD, and Army level guidance to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively train personnel of varying expertise levels on complex technical concepts related to data transfer requirements.
+ Experience in developing and disseminating training materials and resources to support organizational initiatives.
+ Proven ability to stay abreast of changes in IC Standards and Army Regulation, with a track record of updating policies accordingly.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly in managing daily approval processes and maintaining accurate records.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
+ Previous experience in supporting reporting requirements and collaborating with senior leadership is desirable.

The proposed salary for this position is:
$138,800—$231,400 USD
