    Job Description:

    This job is responsible for proactively partnering with Merrill Financial Advisors (FAs) to identify client’s that can benefit from enterprise banking and borrowing solutions. Key responsibilities include creating relationships with FAs to deepen Merrill client relationships by connecting them to consumer banking solutions and providing ongoing engagement to assist clients in fully utilizing those solutions. Serve as a trusted business development partner to Merrill Financial Advisors in deepening banking relationships and growing deposits and uncovering additional opportunities to consolidate client wealth at Merrill. Job expectations include exhibiting strong sales acumen with a proactive and consistent approach to engage Advisors and identify tangible reasons why clients can benefit from enterprise banking solutions. Identifying client deepening opportunities, providing comprehensive banking solutions to clients, serving as a digital product expert, and working with the Advisor to identify client referrals to other Merrill and Bank of America specialists. Ability to provide tenacious and professional follow-up with Advisors and Clients to ensure value is delivered and clients gain full value from the services delivered.

    Responsibilities:

    + Create opportunities to onboard new Bank of America clients by understanding needs through client discovery and recommending best fit solutions from our full suite of products, digital platform, and rewards.

    + Educate on benefits of banking solutions to Financial Advisors (FAs) and their teams to drive banking adoption into day-to-day FA practices and operations.

    + Partners with Financial Advisor teams to find right fit solutions for client banking needs and help navigate complex client situations.

    + Provide proactive guidance and resources to help advisor meet goals – driving growth, solving client needs and identifying new opportunities.

    + Deliver on team strategic and financial objectives with a bottom-line focus on business metrics and results.

    + Deliver a high-quality client experience that is consistent with the expectations of a Wealth Management client by providing comprehensive financial solutions to clients, including managing expenses, building wealth, and managing debt.

    + Ensures exceptional client experience by supporting the efficient and professional operational execution of tasks and conducting follow-up routines to meet client needs

    + Understands and accesses the full breadth of resources across the bank to create opportunities that meet a client's diverse financial needs.

    + Leverage of a wide range of data and systems, including Salesforce, to drive consistent client engagement and proactive advisor follow-up.

    Required skills:

    + Demonstrates proven results exceeding goals in a client-centric, results-driven environment.

    + Prior banking experience in demand deposit, savings, transactional accounts. Working knowledge of investing products and services along with the latest online and digital capabilities

    + Possesses strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily engage others in dialogue, convey sincere interest in building relationships and demonstrate a commitment to providing personalized service.

    + Has demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals,

    + Exhibits proven client engagement skills and the ability to engage partners to resolve problems and escalate as needed to promote client satisfaction.

    + Is able to build solid relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists by fostering teamwork, partnership and collaboration.

    Desired skills:

    + Experience in the financial services industry working with high-end clients providing advice on products and solutions for any stage of their lives.

    + Prior sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual goals, where goals were routinely met or exceeded
