Job Summary:

P rovide advanced EOD training support services to the EOD Squadron, a Chief of Naval Operations priority one command, developing advanced EOD techniques, tactics and procedures and equipment in support of a classified National mission. His efforts will optimize command readiness; assist with exercise scenario development, exercise control group synchronization, DoD and interagency coordination (IA), logistical support requirements, land owner/land use agreement discussions, range coordination, scheduling and provide backside support for set up and break down of training locations and facilities —as outlined by job descriptions within NSW and USSOCOM EOD training support roles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Support task-specific advanced EOD training.

+ Orchestrate precise scheduling of training and exercise scenarios, ensuring trainers, range facilities, and trainees are aligned.

+ Support EOD exercise scenario development.

+ Manage and assist in the execution of EOD Squadrons selection and training program.

+ Develop EOD knowledge management practices.

+ Produce after action reports to capture key lessons learned.

+ Make recommendations for tactics, techniques and procedure improvements.

+ Enable EOD technicians to train with realistic threats in maritime and land environments.

Qualifications:

+ 15 years of EOD operational experience.

+ NSWDG experience.

+ Operational staff experience

+ CWMD experience

+ EOD Officer

+ TS/SCI security clearance
