We’re hiring a Product Engineering Manager at our rental facility in Salt Lake City, UT, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Highly skilled designer to plan, build and execute impeccable UX and UI design for our Rental mobile and web apps. Our Senior Product Designer will work with engineering teams that are specifically responsible for building the tools to facilitate Rentals with our customers.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (On call during the weekend only in special circumstances)
Primary Responsibilities
+ Serve as the UX/UI Designer for a product engineering team
+ Lead and deliver design projects of large/ambiguous scope. Ability to break down complex problems into smaller iterations and validate along the way.
+ Continuous collaboration with product, engineering, and key stakeholders to discovery solutions that customers will love
+ Create prototypes and experiment frequently to validate ideas and reduce risk of building the wrong thing
+ Design new experiences or layouts that evolve and/or define our design systems
+ Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of EquipmentShare products
+ Give and solicit feedback from designers and a broader product team in order to continually raise our bar for quality, while also taking on mentorship

Skills & Qualifications
+ Evidence of beautiful graphic design and UI skills
+ Proficiency in Figma
+ Naturally great communication skills. Remote team where communication is key to clearly communicate strategic goals and ideas to the team.
+ Ability to occasionally work from Kansas City, MO or Columbia, MO office
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in related field
+ 2+ years of design UX/UI experience highly preferred
+ 1+ years working in-house on a product engineering team
+ Experience shipping great web and mobile products to market
+ Experience launching design solutions to business problems that have influenced the direction and outcome of the product
+ Experience with user testing and accessibility
Physical Requirements:
+ Remote office environment.
+ Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
+ Regularly required to use hands, fingers, and arms.
+ Frequently required to stand, talk, and listen.
+ Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
