Build, execute, and optimize marketing programs and campaigns in Marketo, with a focus on complex journey orchestration.

Partner with the Digital Marketing team to translate documented strategies into executable programs.

Manage the orchestration of Marketo journeys and campaigns across different audience segments.

Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure all operational activities are performed with the highest quality.

Report regularly on the performance of Marketo programs, campaigns, and emails.

Build and implement lead scoring efforts and assist with managing the contact database to uphold data hygiene and deliverability standards.

Facilitate the adoption of Marketo by providing ongoing training and sharing best practices with marketing teams.

Engage with various technology integrations, including CRM, webinar platforms, and data enhancement tools.

Qualifications:

A Marketo certification is required.

Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, with B2B marketing strongly preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge of the marketing and sales cycles.

Experience in email marketing, including drip sequences and automated triggers.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
