• End User Services Analyst II

    Description

    Primary Duties: -Provide 2nd-level support for incidents unresolved by the Service Desk. -Respond to service desk tickets and outages via phone, email, or incident management tools. -Support IT project implementations and perform other assigned tasks. -Collaborate with the End User Services Team to resolve technology issues. -Install and configure hardware/software per corporate policies. -Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely resolution. -Support PC replacements and emergency exchanges. -Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information. -Assist with asset management and maintain spare equipment inventory. Skills & Requirements: -Technical Skills -Windows OS deployment (including Windows 10). -User State Migration Tool (USMT). -Group Policy Objects (GPO) for desktops. -Software distribution and patch management tools (e.g., LANDesk, SCCM). -PowerShell and VBScript scripting. -Desktop and application virtualization. -Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow (preferred).

    Additional Duties: -Develop and optimize procedures for OS/hardware issue resolution. -Keep IT Manager informed about local infrastructure status. -Support local backup operations in line with corporate policies. -Handle additional responsibilities as assigned. -Order and manage repair parts as needed. -Assist with network and phone wiring when required.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
